RVU Manager was developed to provide physicians, that are being compensated using a production model, a tool to help them manage the production portion of their compensation. RVU Manager is designed to be a simple mobile application that gives the physician a tool to track and save the CPT Codes associated with each patient they see on a daily basis.
RVU Manager is available for Iphone, Ipad, web application and Android devices (Android version and web application is scheduled to be released 2nd quarter of 2018.

Each activity is a record entered by the user. The record contains the following information: CPT code associated with the activity, RVU value associated with the CPT Code, Currently active date, Currently active location, RVU amount associated with the current location, Description associated with the CPT code, This record is saved to the cloud database and becomes a activity that can be queried in the future to audit compensation.
Each box displayed in the application window represent a CPT Code that has been saved to your personal list of codes. To save the code to your list of activities, click on the desired code box. A message will be displayed that confirms the selection of the code. You can dismiss the message by clicking OK or the message will disappear automatically in 3 seconds. For efficiency, a user may keep this app window open and just continue to add codes as they see patients.
The list of codes displayed are the personal list of CPT Codes that have been created by the user. Rather than search through the 16,000+ codes, a user may create a list of frequently used codes.
To add codes to your personal list, click the "+" in the upper right of the application window. When clicked, a window will be displayed that will allow you to search the entire list of CPT Codes for the desired code. Searches may be done by CPT code number or by description. Wildcard searches are support.
A user can have one (1) or multiple locations associated with their account. Each location also includes the RVU amount paid for the location. The RVU amount is value that is used to calculate compensation. Locations can be added, deleted or selected while on the window of the application. When a location is selected, that location becomes the Selected Location that is displayed in the Activity window of the application.
New locations can be added in this application window. Enter the location name and the associated RVU amount for the location. Click the Save button to save the location. A message will be displayed confirming that the location has been saved. To close this application window, click on the Cancel button and you will be returned to the list of active locations.
RVU Manager will generate two (2) types of reports. A detailed report will contain all the information associated with the report start date, end date and location that is selected. A summary report will contain the same information that is included with the detailed report. The difference is that each activity associated with the report start date, end date and location are not displayed as part of the report. The report just displays the summary of the data. Report output is formatted in CSV format (comma separated value). This formatting is compatible with most spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel. The report output can be imported in to the spread sheet application for further and more detailed analysis.
